Ultra-Sonic has been a quality maker of Extrusion Dies and Tooling since 1970. We are proud to have the reputation for being the shop to go to for intricate, close tolerance dies and tooling, including tube and shape dies, recessed pocket dies, zero bearing dies, specializing in miniature and micro extrusion dies.

Our team of engineers and machinists have an average of 20 years experience in designing and producing quality aluminum extrusion dies and tooling. Using CAD-CAM programming to ensure exact geometric dimensioning when designing our Customers dies, and  profiles. Our President and our drafting team effectively communicate with our customers to insure we fulfill all requirements.

Ultra-Sonic has a full line of machining equipment including CNC Wire EDM with a 5-axis capability, CNC orbiting EDM, CNC Machining Centers, with full Turning, Machining, and Benching facilities, and Master Cam Programming software.

We also manufacture other support and press tooling including, backers and bolsters with nitrogen grooving, feeder plates, stems, dummy blocks, die rings, containers and liners. To ensure sustained quality, all our tooling is made from Certified H-13 Steel.
